My deepest sympathy to her majesty. You will Always be alive in people's mind. Fair well my angel. |
As I child I dreamed about being a tall, elegant, blond princess dressed in a ballgown and diamond tiara. Princess Diana made that dream a living vision...now that is gone in an instant. Such a waste. M. Thurman Honey Grove, TX, USA |
I would like to express my deep sympathy to Princess Di's family and the entire country of Great Britain. We in America can only imagine how much she was loved over there, but we loved her too. She had only goodness in her heart and only wanted to help people, and deserved to happy. What a tragic waste her death was! |
My heart is still breaking, knowing that our Princess is gone. I remember her wedding day so clearly; getting up at 4am with my two sisters to watch what we thought was the most beautiful and elegant woman ever. We admired her so much! Thirteen years ago my oldest sister passed away. One of the things I got to keep of hers were her many "Diana" books. It was something that bonded us like nothing else. The Princess was a piece of my sister that I was able to hold onto. When Diana died Sunday, a piece of my sister died again. Thank you, Diana, for allowing happiness and precious memories to live on in you. I pray for your boys and your two sisters you left behind. We'll all be together again someday. God bless you! |
Several days have past now since the tragic and unfortunate death of the beautiful Princess Diana. As we all mourn and try to understand this terrible loss, we must remember Princess Diana for who she is and was and what she tried to do in this world. A lady of elegance, grace, compassion, and love, she possessed the courage and understanding that so many of us lack. But she is gone now, and for her work to not be in vain, we must all do our best to convey the message that she lived and died for: love. For the people of the UK, Princes William and Harry, and the Royal family, our deepest condolences and prayers. May God's strength and grace be with you all during this time and the years to come. Tears in Santa Clara, California, USA |
I assume you caught the news about Princess Diana this weekend. When I first heard about the crash I didn't believe it. I saw the car and thought that it must have been a tremendous impact and if whoever was in there survived, it would be a miracle. I couldn't believe it when the reporters stated that it was the Princess and that the crash might be due to the photographers who regularly hound her. I didn't know she passed away until I went to work today and caught the headline in the paper dispenser outside of the club. Now, as I sit at home flipping from channel to channel and listen to the different stations review her life, I realize how cherished a life she led and how she wanted so much independence to make a personal difference on social issues. I was never a big royal follower, but I believe that there is a problem with people who constantly seek invasion for a pretty penny. I started to cry as Dan Rather summed up his final thought at the end of 60 minutes tonight. Although he is a seasoned anchor, he started to break down before wrapping the sentence up. It is nice to see that despite the professionalism they need to portray, they still have the raw emotion that shows in their presentation of the information. God bless Princess Diana and the others that were with her in her last hours. Sarah |
Princess Di was just the most special person that this world has ever known. I feel so badly for her two sons. Only hpe that they have some breathing room and don'tget locked up in the prison of the monarchy. Guess the Royals wish they'd have the love, respect, close feelings which Lady Di generated and sometimes received. She's in God's loving arms now! Patti Russell Kaneohe Hi 96744 |
How I wish that I would of met her, I always thought she had the style, the charisma and the love of a real lady. My heart goes out to her two lovely sons, I know what is it to have teenager kids, I think is going to be very hard on them but on time they will understand and be very proud of their mother. I know that I would be very proud of her if she was my mother. Hang in there kids things will get better. God Bless Diana now and forever. |

I am at a loss for words to express how I feel regarding the loss of Diana. I watched as Diana and Charles announed their engagement, the beautiful wedding, the separation, divorce and finally the accident and death. I will also watch thru tears the funeral. It was quite ironic we lost a baby named Diana 5 months before Princess Diana was born. I felt as though as I knew her. My thoughts and prayers are with Prince William and Prince Harry and her family. They will always have a blank place in their hearts because their mother was a truely a very unique lady, and loved world wide. The Royal Family can not replace the greatest asset they had. Diana is at peace now and is the brightest star in the heavens. Love and God Bless Shirley Nolan, Ashmore, ILL USAShirley Nolan [email protected] |
We are shocked and sad for the death of a great woman as Lady D. Our wish is that the sons wil be as human as their mother. Riccardo e Rossella From Palermo, Sicily |
To the Royal Family, I first heard the tragic news of Princess Diana in the remote country land of Rock Island, Texas. It is near the Gulf of Mexico where a group of us went to play in the ocean for the holiday weekend. We were in the living room watching football when the commentators announced the unbelievable death of Princess Diana. I yelled out loud, "No!" I was in total disbelief. I wanted to watch the news but was out numbered by the football watching crowd. After much arguing I got my way and tuned in to CNN. I was glued to the television with tears in my eyes. Then something amazing happened, all of those football watching fans were also glued to the set and were asking me questions of the Princesses death. These big beer drinking men were no longer into the football game, they were touched by Princess Diana's tragic end. Although I was visiting the Texas ocean waters for the first time Sunday, I couldn't help but to think of the sadness that hovered over Great Brittain and the Royal Family Princess Diana left behind. At sunset while the salty waves were splashing against me, I whispered a prayer for your country and to the late Princess Diana. So you see, Princess Diana's death not only affected the great leaders of the world or the people who live in Paris or Great Brittain, but Princess Diana's tragic end had a rippling affect to someone standing in the Gulf of Mexico. I am truly sorry for your country's loss and for the two Royal boys who lost their mother much too early. From Irving, Texas, my condolences to the Royal Family, Serene Canettes |

The sadness we feel will eventually be replaced by love. Never lose your love for this Princess of the World. Prince William and Prince Harry, Walk in your enlightened Mother's sacred footsteps. As a member of the Catholic religion, this message is to William and Harry. You mustn't get angry at the Lord for this horrific tragedy, but only think of the millions of other angels that are along the side of your mother. The Lord also needed help as well. I believe your mother had athese same feelings: "I am too alone in the world, and not alone enough to make every minute holy... I want to be with those who knew secret things or else alone." A poem for Diana's sons and the rest of the world. PETALS IN THE RAIN (poem) The tears, the pain, the hollowness, now abounds us all. Our hearts are torn asunder, our days are filled with grief. How can we apologize?, we really must repeat. What are we to say? What are we to do? Can this really be the end? Won't she see us through? Put aside the anger, wash away the grief, for now we must respect her, her life was much too brief. Our hearts are as one in the sorrowful passing, of this our Queen of Hearts. The homage we now pay is but a pitance as she departs. Our sweet young glimmer of hope, has nurtured it all before. In her romantic dream she sees, love as an open door. Will the little children, come and wave farewell? She really would have liked that, knowing her so well. Our lady of the world was bright, her smile deep and pure. Can we kiss you one more time, as we bid ado? The boys must really know by now, what she meant to us. Take strength, and joy, and happiness and march on to a lasting trust. A trust your mother has enscribed, of peace and love and beauty. We wish you all the best in life, and have our deepest pity. Please remember that your mom, a woman of great beauty, has like the flowers of the field, bloomed in every city. Won't you stop and smell a rose?, It's really quite divine. But then again my fair haired boys, youv'e had one all the time. Please be cautious of the petals, as they are so fragile, A touch, a breath, a movement too strong, and they all unravel. Oh sweet dear Diana, a flower to us all, on life's wide open plain. Your beauty was so frail, like petals in the rain. We stand in utter silence, nothing can be heard, as she passes one last time, our eyes are left to burn. The tears will fill the streets of London, dare I say the world! Oh sweet love to all of us, will we ever learn? Richard E. J. Driskill, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States of America |

I send my sincere condolences to all who loved the Princess, specially her family, friends and fellow countrymen. I' m completely sickened by the circumstances in which her death came about; everyone is guilty at some point because if it hadn't been for ALL WHO READ TABLOIDS, PAPPARAZZI WOULDN'T NEED TO HARRASS PEOPLE TO MAKE A LIVING. No matter how famous a person is, how important to a country, how interesting their lifestyle, IT'S STILL A PERSON-- NOT PUBLIC PROPERTY LIKE SO MANY WOULD LIKE. LET THIS BE A LESSON TO ALL. I thought of being famous as something good, now I'm not so sure... JOGUI VELASGA , San Pedro Sula , HONDURAS. |

We think you are a very nice person! We know you are in heaven because of all the good things you've done. We think that all the paparazzi should be man slaughtered!!! We think that the alcohol that was found in the drivers body was connected to the paparazzi. |
We miss you Lady Diana,Princess of Wales,Queen of Hearts. You will now be a light shining in Heaven. Sympathy and condolence to Her family and loved ones and friends. Diane Marlina and Dania Siska Octaviani Jakarta, Indonesia |
It was with a great shock today to learn of the death of Mother Theresa in India. I am sure that St Peter at the Gates of Heaven had the Princess standing there to welcome Mother Theresa to eternity. I was not aware until the newscasts that Diana and Mother Theresa had met four times. The picture of the two of them -- Lady Diana in her white suit smiling and Mother Theresa barely coming up to Diana's waist is forever etched in my heart. May God grant them both peace at last after seeing all the suffering in the world. With all my sincerest love to both of them. Wayne Schroderus Evanston(Chicago suburb)Illinois USA |
